You directly provide us with the data I collect. I collect and process data when you:

  • Voluntarily complete the website contact form or contact me via email.

I collect your data so that I can:

  • Process your contact form message and respond to you via email, where required
  • Process any password change requests
  • Contact you regarding any problems with your subscriber account

When indicated by your browser that this website is secure, the contact form sends your data to me securely.  I also use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic. If your email server does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails you send to me may not be protected in transit.

Sharing your data

I will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals.  I do not sell, communicate or divulge your information to any mailing lists.

How do I store your data?

I securely store your data on my password protected computer and secure website database.  As soon as any emails are received by myself, all emails stored on the email server are deleted from the email server.  No paper copies of your information is kept.

I will only keep your personal identification data for as long as is necessary.

    your personal identification information will be held for 4 weeks from last contact to or from me.

Once the relevant time period has expired, I will destroy your data by:

  • Securely deleting any electronic copies from my computer and website database
